Privacy Policy

MoneyLock is built to protect your attention, not harvest your data. The short version: we don't collect your personal information, we don't track you, and we don't run servers that store anything about you.
What stays on your device
- Your app selection. The apps you choose to lock are managed by Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework. These selections are represented by opaque tokens that stay on your device and are never sent to us.
- Your unlock sessions. Lock state, the active unlock window, and your local history are stored on your device only.
Payments
Unlocks are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Your payment is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's terms — MoneyLock never sees or stores your card details, and we have no payment server of our own.
What we don't do
- No analytics or usage tracking.
- No advertising or ad identifiers.
- No accounts, no sign-in, no email collection.
- No selling or sharing of data — there is no data to sell.
Screen Time access
MoneyLock requests authorization to use Screen Time so it can shield the apps you choose. This permission is granted by you and managed by iOS. It is used solely to lock and unlock apps on your device, and for no other purpose.
Children
MoneyLock is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
